DESKTOP LICENSE
This desktop license permits you to install the Licensed Software onto a desktop workstation and create/design products by using the Licensed Software along with desktop publishing software.
License usage:
• 1 user;
1 computer;
• Design/Create products (ONLY in the rasterized image or vector outline form) such as invitations, business cards, logos, branding, greeting cards, marketing materials, packaging designs, images on websites, apparel, books, stationery, etc.;
• Use the font(s) to create physical items for sale. Up to 10.000 sales;
• Use for Personal and Commercial Projects ONLY if the end product(s) are in rasterized image or vector outline form;
• If your client needs the font, they will need to purchase their own license;
Prohibited:
- All other embedded use (in websites, web apps; broadcast Content: TV, Motion, Video, Movies, Cartoon; in electronic books/readers/devices; all gaming uses and/or devices; softwares like Templett, Corjl, Canva, etc.);
* “Embedding” means the font file is included in the electronic document, app, or other files, as opposed to a static graphic (raster or bit-mapped) representation;

WEBFONT LICENSE
Webfont license allows Licensee to install Peachcreme font(s) into their website so that it can be displayed on any browser. Font(s) can be used across multiple websites/domains as long as the websites/domains all belong to the single License Owner, and the pageviews are not exceeded. Agencies responsible for multiple clients’ websites, for example, web design agencies or hosting providers, may not share a single Webfont license across multiple clients’ websites. Every time the webpage using the font is loaded the counting system counts a single pageview for each font.
This web license offers 4 options based on monthly views:
- 10k pageviews/month
- 100k pageviews/month
- 1m pageviews/month
- Unlimited pageviews/month
License usage:
- Installing font(s) only within the Licensee’s website(s) and agreed upon pageview limit;
Prohibited:
- Linking the font across multiple domains;
- Using in any web-based applications where users of the site can select or use the font for any text composition or editing use;
- All other embedded use (in broadcast Content: TV, Motion, Video, Movies, Cartoon; in electronic books/readers/devices; all gaming uses and/or devices; softwares like Templett, Corjl, Canva, etc.);
* “Embedding” means the font file is included in the electronic document, app, or other files, as opposed to a static graphic (raster or bit-mapped) representation;

E-PUB LICENSE
E-Pub license allows Licensee to use Peachcreme font(s) within eBooks, eMagazines, or other electronic publications that are sold to end-users. This license is based on the number of publications in which the font is used. Each issue counts as a separate publication. Regional or format variations don’t count as separate publications. Updated versions of publications that are free to previous customers do not need a new license; otherwise, each new version that is released counts as a separate publication.
License usage:
- For the Individual or Legal Entity (Company) indicated at the time of purchase;
- Using font(s) in e-books or other e-publication titles selected at checkout, owned or controlled by Licensee for an unlimited number of sales or distribution providing that the font is non-extractable;
* A “title” means one (1) standalone e-publication; each book in a series and each issue of an e-publication (including but not limited to magazine publications) is a single title;
Prohibited:
- All other embedded use (in websites, web apps; broadcast Content: TV, Motion, Video, Movies, Cartoon; in electronic devices; all gaming uses and/or devices; softwares like Templett, Corjl, Canva, etc.);

App/Game license is for embedding Peachcreme font files in applications, if you are developing an app for iOS, Android, or Windows.
License usage:
- 1 App
- 1 Game
- Unlimited App Views or Game Views
* If another similar, subsequent application (sequel, prequel, or other new versions) is created, then another App License would be required, in case the font is to be used in this subsequent application.
- Using the font in one title that is available on multiple device platforms, provided the titles are the same in all respects other than for compatibility purposes with the respective platforms;
* (for example the font may be used in one title where that same title is available on both iOS and Android devices if the applications are the same except for platform compatibility purposes).
- Embedding in mobile applications, desktop applications, and video games ONLY if the font is non-extractable and cannot be installed by an end-user for any use outside of the licensed application;

CANVA / CORJL / TEMPLETT (DOD) LICENSE FOR DESIGNERS
This license allows Licensee to use Peachcreme font(s) to sell designs in any editable template platform (i.e. Templett, Corjl, Canva, etc.). This license extension permits your customers/end-users to access and use one Peachcreme font in an unlimited number of editable templates. However, this does not allow the end-user to access the font software outside the electronic publication.
License usage:
- Embedding Peachcreme font(s) in editable template platforms to sell editable templates;
*DOD – download on-demand: On-Demand Downloads are tailor-made for customers who need a fixed number of downloads on an as-needed basis.
- One user ONLY (the licensee cannot be more than one person);
- For licensee’s own website usage only (NOT for owners of large DOD websites);
Prohibited:

Since Canva is becoming quite popular also among people who are not involved in the design business, we decided to create a separate license for them that allows using the Peachcreme fonts in Canva for their personal purposes (personal brand, personal logo, personal marketing materials, personal wedding invitation, etc.).
License usage:

Embedding Peachcreme font(s) in Canva to create digital/physical products for ONLY yourself or for ONE client (eg. if you are a social media manager or virtual assistant), but NOT for using in editable templates. - Installing the Font Software on up to Two (2) Computers or Work Stations only, provided that both computers or devices are owned by the Licensee.

- All other embedded use (in websites, web apps; broadcast Content: TV, Motion, Video, Movies, Cartoon; in electronic books/readers/devices; apps/games; softwares like Templett, Corjl, Canva, etc. to sell editable templates);

- Use font(s) on your own client’s blog and make changes to personalize it;

The broadcast license allows the full and unfettered usage of Peachcreme font(s) in live and recorded broadcasts, included stored or streamed content.

- The licensed font can only be installed on one single Computer of the entity listed into the Broadcasting License invoice. Any other installation of the Digital Font on a Computer requires a Desktop license for the corresponding number of users;
- Commercial and non-commercial projects;
- Unlimited end product for commercial purposes (Product/Print Ads/Merchandise);

WORLDWIDE CORPORATE LICENSE
Worldwide Corporate license allows the full and unfettered usage of Peachcreme font(s) in 1 Corporate/Brand. This license is not limited in time. Once you buy it, you can use it as long as you want. The use of Peachcreame fonts is allowed ONLY if the font is not exploited as a business tool and the final product will not be competitive with the font. For example, the L'Oréal company can use Peachcreme fonts as an inscription over the packaging of a cream. As a result, the buyer uses the cream, NOT the font. However, editing platforms (such as but not limited to Corjl, Templett, etc.) cannot use Peachcreme fonts, as the products they release leave no need for using fonts and will ultimately be considered direct competitors to Peachcreme.

- Only official employees of this company can use the font(s) for official purposes (f/ex: using in ads, packaging, website(s), marketing purposes, etc.)
