RETURN/REFUND FOR PREDESIGNED/CUSTOM BRANDING

We only provide digital files, our design skills and service for predesigned/custom branding, therefore, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds or cancellations. We make sure that we delivery high quality service and design.

Under no circumstances are you permitted to resell and  claim any of our work as your own.

It's the client’s responsibility to ensure your business name is cleared & that the logo & branding (if applicable) does not bear similarity to the branding of similarly named businesses or related industries. After you approve the design and final files were emailed, the project is considered as closed. Any further changes would be charged extra.

 

RETURN/REFUND FOR FOR NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS (non-customized wall prints and posters)

At PeachCreme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a refund. Please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Please note that we do not accept returns on any personalized or customized items in our store.

 

RETURN/REFUND FOR FOR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS (customized invitations, wall prints and posters)

We are unable to accept returns because your printed invitation cards do not match the colors you see on your screen. This is because all monitors and screens display color differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print. 

Should you need to cancel or make a change after print approval, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on whether your order has gone into production, we may be able to cancel it and process your refund less the design costs. If your order is in the process of printing, we may be able to stop it midway and recover some of the costs for a refund. If your order has completed the printing stage, we will not be able to cancel, refund, or accept a return on the order.
